摘 要:[目的]了解临床医学生公共卫生教育的现状及满意度,为临床医学生公共卫生教育改革提供建议。[方法]采用自制问卷表对四川大学华西临床医学院大三年级临床医学和妇幼保健专业250名临床医学本科生进行普查。使用EpiData3.0录入数据,运用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。[结果]78.7%受访者对目前临床医学生公共卫生教育现状表示满意。教师教学水平、是否使用临床医学专用公共卫生教材是影响临床医学生公共卫生教育满意度的主要因素(P值分别为0.000和0.000)。[结论]临床医学生公共卫生教育满意度总体较高。增加教材的临床专业特色,加强师资队伍建设对提高临床医学生公共卫生教育质量具有积极作用。[Objective]To learn the status and satisfaction of public health education for medical students,and to provide suggestions on the reform of public health education among medical students.[Methods]We made a census of 250 junior students majoring in clinical medicine and health care for women and children in West China Medical School of Sichuan University. The questionnaire with self-designed questionnaire was conducted. The results were analyzed by Epidata 3.0 and SPSS17.0 software.[Results]78.7% of respondents were satisfied with the status of public health education for medical students. Teaching level,whether to use specific teaching materials for medical students,were the main factors which affected the satisfaction of public health education for medical students(P = 0.000 and 0.000 respectively).[Conclusion]Satisfaction of public health education for medical students is generally high. Increasing the medical characteristics of teaching materials and strengthening the building of teachers’ group play an active role in public health education for medical students.
