积极心理学视野下的高校新生入学教育探究

摘　　要：文章在介绍积极心理学教育理念的基础上,对当前我国高校新生入学教育的缺失进行了梳理,强调了在积极心理学视野下"设计符合学生积极发展的入学课程教育目标"、"突出全员教育的作用"、"开创以学生为主体的入学教育形式"、"加强入学教育特色化建设"等开展新生入学教育活动的重要意义,提出了在积极心理学视野下开展高校新生入学教育的策略。In light of the main ideas of the positive psychology,this paper points out the deficiency of the entrance education for university freshman at present.The significance of the entrance education for university freshman is emphasized and the corresponding strategies are put forward under the view of positive psychology,including designing the educational objective of entrance curriculum which is helpful for the healthy development of students,stressing on the function of entire-staff education,innovating the student-oriented educational pattern,and developing distinguishing features of entrance education.
