摘　　要：文章说明了高职教育与区域经济发展之间的互相促进、互相依存的关系,并结合湖南铁道职业技术学院示范建设期间在专业建设、课程体系改革、培训与技术服务、双师队伍建设、校企合作实训基地建设等方面的具体做法,说明了高职教育与区域经济的结合模式。对于我国高职院校专业人才培养模式的改革具有重要的指导意义。This paper states the relationship of mutual promotion and interdependence between the higher vocational education and regional economic development, and also illustrates the combination mode of the higher vocational education and regional economy, combined with the specific practices in some areas such as professional construction, curriculum system reform, training and technical service, hi - qualified teacher team construction, the school - enterprise cooperation practice base construction during the demonstration construction of Hunan Railway Professional Technology College, which has an important guiding meaning for the reform of professional talent training model in our higher vocational colleges.
