摘  要:如何编制出NC程序是在数控车床上加工变螺距螺杆的关键,要编制出变螺距螺杆的NC程序,首要解决的问题是起刀点问题,起刀点确定了,后续的工作就简单得多,然而对起刀点的确定,目前在变螺距螺杆的加工领域尚没有权威的方法,基于此,经过多年的数控教学,总结、研究出一种通过计算并利用AutoCAD进行精确绘图,从而确定起刀点,最终方便快捷地完成变螺距螺杆程序编制。How to prepare a NC program is in incnc lathe machining variable pitch screw should be compiled the key, the variable pitch of the screw NC program, the primary problem is up sword point problems, up the cutting point established, the follow-up is much more simple, however for up to determine the cutting point and is currently in the variable pitch screw processing field is no authority method, based on this, the author after years of NC teaching, summarize and developed a through calculation and using AutoCAD accurately drawing up, so as to determine the cutting point, eventually quickly complete variable pitch screw programming.
