摘  要:寄宿制已经成为目前农村小学的一种主导型办学模式。以河北坝上地区为例,对农村寄宿制小学儿童的心理发展状况进行的研究结果表明,农村寄宿制小学儿童的心理健康、自我意识、人际冲突解决策略和学习适应性等状况良好,但社会焦虑水平偏高,心理发展状况年级差异与个体问题突出。寄宿导致的儿童微观环境系统的改变是这些问题产生的直接原因。改善微观环境系统是完善寄宿制办学模式、提高农村义务教育质量的重要措施。Boarding system is a leading school-running mode in the country.Taking the Bashang area of Hebei as an example,a research upon the status of children's psychological development in rural boarding primary school is conducted with some results as follows:the status of children's psychological health,self-awareness,resolution strategy of interpersonal conflicts,and learning adaptability is good;the level of social anxiety is a little higher;and grade differences and individual problems are obvious.The direct cause of these problems is the change of children's micro-environmental system which results from the boarding system.Improving the micro-environmental system is an important measure for the perfection of boarding school-running mode and the advance of the quality of rural compulsory education.
