摘 要:目的:运用操作视频培训模式,提高护理人员操作技能水平。方法:将我院2008年和2009年培训考核的护理人员分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用带教老师分批分次在护理教研室进行技能培训的模式,对照组采用操作视频培训模式。观察两组操作成绩的均值情况及护士操作视频的满意度情况。结果:观察组和对照组10项操作考核均值比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2项操作考核均值比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:操作视频能有效激发护士学习动力,提高其操作技能,为规范和统一操作流程奠定良好的基础。Objective:To improve clinical nursing operating expertise by using visual operating demonstration. Methods: From 2008 to 2009 nursing trainees of our hospital were recruited in the study and control group. The study group received visual operating demonstration training while the control group received traditional training which was carried out by special training teacher. Mean operating test scores in both groups were calculated. Satisfaction with visual training were also evaluated. Results: Mean operating test scores of 10 clinical nursing skills were statistically different in two groups (P〈0.05). Mean scores of 2 nursing skills were not significantly different in two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Visual operating demonstration can motivate nursing staffs to learn and can improve their operating expertise. It is also beneficial in standardizing nursing operating protocol.
