摘　　要：概述国家最高科学技术奖获得者的基本信息，深入分析获奖者成长的一般性规律，可以得到如下结论：杰出科技人才成功的主要因素是受其父母的教育思想和家庭学习传统及地域文化的影响，也受其教师的教育教学水平和身边有远见卓识的人的影响．因此，数学教师的教育教学水平与能力，直接影响了学生的好奇心和兴趣、理性质疑批判精神、创造性思维能力的形成．Overview of the basic information of the State Supreme Science and Technology Prize winners, depth analysis of the general law of the winners growth, we conclude： the important factor of outstanding talent of Science and Technology in the success is of the educational thought by their parents and families traditional attitude to learn knowledge and local culture impact, and it is also impacted on the level of their＇ teacher＇s education and the vision of the outstanding people around them. We also conclude： the level and ability of their mathematics teacher＇s education and teaching style directly affect the student＇s curiosity and interest, rational question the critical and creative thinking ability formation.
