摘  要:少数民族教师的素养是民族教育事业改革的关键.数学史素养的提升可促进数学教师素养体系的全面发展.对包头地区中学少数民族数学教师数学史素养进行调查与分析,发现少数民族教师数学史素养的诸多不足.因此,教师要转变教育观念,加深对数学史的认识,关注数学史在教学中的开发研究,自觉的提升自身的科研能力.高师民族院校应改进数学史课程,提升教师数学史素养.The national minority teacher's accomplishment is the education for nationalities enterprise progressive key. history of mathematics accomplishment's promotion may promote the mathematics teacher accomplishment system's full scale development. Carries on the investigation and the analysis to Baotou Area Middle school national minority mathematics teacher history of mathematics accomplishment, discovery national minority teacher history of mathematics accomplishment many insufficiencies.
