摘 要:在给定摇杆最大摆角的情况下,借助于极位夹角和辅助角,建立了平均传动角最优的曲柄摇杆机构优化模型。依据曲柄摇杆机构的3种不同分类,对每种分类都建立了求取平均传动角的方法,求出每种分类下的最大平均传动角后,比较这3个最大平均传动角,得到全局最大平均传动角,并确定相应的各杆杆长。最后,通过一个实例介绍了这种方法是如何实施的。Under the condition that the maximum rocker swinging angle is given,the optimization model of crank-rocker mechanism with optimum average transmission angle was established by means of extreme position angle and auxiliary angle.According to 3 different types of crank-rocker mechanisms,a method on how to calculate the average transmission angle at each class was determined.After figuring out the maximum average transmission angle under each class,3 maximum average transmission angles were compared and the global biggest average transmission angle was obtained.And,the lengths of respective bars were determined.At last,an example is used to explain how this method is applied.
