摘  要:结合普通自行车和齿轮连杆机构创新设计了一款新型"斗牛士"健身车,该设计将后叉架连接到双后轮外伸悬臂轴,并可调节,将车身主体相应进行更改;该健身车为包含一个PR-RR-RRⅢ级组的六杆机构;采用牛顿-拉普森法进行机构运动学分析求解,并进行运动仿真和验证了设计理念。该健身车骑行难度可调,骑行时身体姿态不断变化,拟合斗牛运动特性,是集健身与趣味性、娱乐性于一体、进行户外健身运动的理想健身器材。A new type of matador exercise bicycle was designed creatively based on common bicycle and gear linkage mechanism.The rear fork frame was designed to connect with the overhanging cantilever shaft and be adjustable,and corresponding modification has been conducted to the main body of the bicycle.Through the structure analysis,the bicycle was of a six-bar mechanism containing a PR-RR-RR III stage group.The mathematical model for the bicycle body has been established,and the kinematics analysis and solution of the mechanism has been carried out by applying Newton-Raphson method,kinematics simulation has also be done,and the design concept has been verified.The degree riding difficulty of the exercise bicycle is adjustable,and the posture of the rider continuously changes while riding,similar to the feature of the bullfighting movement.Therefore,it is an ideal exercise apparatus for outdoor exercise by integrating the fitness,interest and entertainment.
