摘　　要：高职院校应以示范建设为契机,建立创新创业园;以体验思想为指导,实施创新创业行动;以项目发展为目标,实施创新创业教育管理,不断探索和完善高职院校体验式创新创业教育与管理有效机制,努力培养大学生创新创业能力,更好地适应社会发展需要。Higher vocational college should seize the opportunity of demonstration construction to build the pioneer park,implement the innovation and entrepreneurship guided by experimental thinking,implement the administration of the innovation and entrepreneurship aiming at the development of the project,so as to further explore and perfect experiential innovation and entrepreneurship,cultivate college students＇ creation and innovation ability to meet the demands of social development.
