摘　　要：高职院校在"工学结合"模式下的辅导员队伍职业化建设非常必要,应构建辅导员队伍职业化建设的新模式,正确定位辅导员职业化内涵,打造一支校内外专兼职辅导员队伍,健全"工学结合"辅导员队伍培养的长效机制,努力把辅导员培养成具有较高职业素养、较强工程实践能力和一定企业工作经验的骨干队伍。It is very necessary for the higher vocational college to construct the professionalism of vocational counselors under ＂work-integrated learning＂ mode.We should construct the new mode of vocational counselors professionalism,correctly position the connotation of vocational counselors professionalism,build the counselors staff within and outside school,build up long-term mechanism of counselors cultivation under work integrated learning,make great efforts to cultivate the counselors be the highly occupational,more practical and experienced staff.
