摘　　要：在阐释新建本科院校构建教学质量保证体系重要性的前提下,以常熟理工学院教学质量保证体系的构建为个案,对新建本科院校教学质量保证体系如何构建进行探讨。This article explains the premise of the importance on building a teaching quality Assurance System in newly-accredited four-year universities.It takes Changshu Institute of Technology as a case study and discusses how to build a teaching quality Assurance System in these newly accredited institutions.
