摘　　要：高校校报作为高校党委机关报,是学校重要的思想阵地和舆论工具,承担着育人的重要使命。但是,随着互联网的发展,高校校报受到了新传媒的冲击。结合校报特点,应做好四个方面工作以应对这种冲击:丰富新闻内容,多角度、全方位育人;加强深度报道,打造精品育人;推进副刊建设,加强文化育人;加强队伍建设,积极主动育人。As the organization newspaper of the party commission,the university newspaper is an important Ideological Front and consensus tool of the school,and shoulders the heavy responsibility of education.But with the development of the internet,the university newspaper is impacted by the emergence of new media.Combined by the university newspaper features,four aspects of work should be prepared to respond to such shocks：enriching news content,educating in multi-angle;enhancing the depth of coverage,building educating quality;promoting supplements,strengthening cultural education;strengthening the building,actively educating.
