摘　　要：贫困生的励志教育是当前高校思想政治教育的重要内容。加强大学生励志教育对于促进大学生全面发展,构建和谐社会具有重要意义。针对大学生励志教育中存在的主要问题进行深入分析,提出建立贫困生励志教育长效机制的看法,很有新意。The encouragement education of needy students is the key point of the ideological and political work in colleges. It can not only promote the all-round development of college students, but it is of the utmost importance in the construction of a harmonious society. This article will go deep into the main problems existing in the present college encouragement education and suggest certain effective measures to establish a long-term mechanism of the encouragement education of needy students.
