摘 要:滑转率控制是提高无级变速器效率的主要措施之一,研究其计算机仿真方法具有重要意义。在分析滑转率控制原理的基础上,通过试验建立摩擦系数随滑转率与几何比变化的数值模型,合理确定目标滑转率,建立包括滑转率动态模型、液压系统模型、系统效率模型等在内的滑转率控制计算机仿真模型系统,采用模糊控制方法对滑转率实施控制。仿真结果表明,采用滑转率控制可使液压系统压力降低40%左右,与其他研究者的试验结果接近,说明了所建模型的正确性。Slip control is one of the most effective methods to improve the efficiency of metal v-belt continuously variable transmission,and it's very meaningful to find out the way of simulation slip control in a computer.After analysis of the principle of slip control,numerical model of traction coefficient changes with relative slip rate and geometric ratio was found based on experimental data,and a method to give the target relative slip rate was given.A slip control simulation system including slip dynamic model,hydraulic system model and system efficiency model was found,fuzzy control method was introduced to control the relative slip.Simulation results indicate that slip control can reduce hydraulic pressure by 40%,consisting well with experimental results obtained by other researchers,and the correctness of the simulation mode was validated.
