我国动漫产业应用型人才培养:基于校企合作的视角

摘　　要：校企合作在提高动漫产业应用型人才培养质量,促进动漫企业参与办学,密切人才供需渠道等方面都发挥着重要作用。通过对校企合作存在的问题进行分析,提出了应加强校企合作重要性认识、加大教学改革力度、创新人才培养模式、推动多种形式的校企合作、构建长效机制等对策措施。University-and-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in improving the quality of cultivating applied talents of comic and animation industry,promoting comic and animation enterprises＇ participation of school running and connecting the supplying-and-demanding channel of talents.On the basis of analyzing the problems in university-and-enterprise cooperation,this paper advances some strategies for further recognizing the importance of university-and-enterprise cooperation,deepening the teaching reform,innovating talent cultivation model and promote diversified forms of university-and-enterprise cooperationand constructing the lasting mechanism.
