摘　　要：制度是教师评价活动的重要内容和方式,应用型本科院校的教师评价制度对其教师发展具有鲜明的导向功能,进而深刻影响到其学生发展、乃至学校的整体发展。通过分类统计和比较分析发现,应用型本科院校现行的教师评价制度文本既呈现出一些积极的变化与进展,也存在诸多制约教师发展的缺陷和不足。The system is an important content and way of teachers＇ evaluation ; teachers＇ evaluation system has distinct functions of guidance to teachers＇ development in application - oriented universities, and then deeply influences students＇ development and the whole development of school. By classified statistics and com- parative positive opment. analysis changes , the paper finds out that the text of teachers1 evaluation system not only demonstrates some and progress, but also exists a great deal of defects and constraints restricting teachers＇ development.
