摘  要:为了研究变质软岩路堤填料的湿化变形特性,采用室内大型压缩试验,针对秦岭山区十天高速公路安康西段的强风化变软质岩填料受水影响较大的特点,进行了相同密度不同试验方法下的浸水饱和试验。结果表明:采用单线法、双线法和循环加载后变质软岩填料在浸水饱和与荷载400、800、1 200 kPa共同作用下试样均产生明显的湿化变形,且湿化变形量随荷载增大呈递增趋势;双线法与循环加载作用下的湿化变形量明显大于单线法所产生的湿化变形量,但总的压缩变形量都较小。若将相应荷载换算成一定高度下填方路堤浸水的情况,考虑路堤填料在载荷不变时的最不利因素,建议最大填方高度不超过18 m,相应的湿化变形量小于10 cm,可以满足公路路基设计规范中的工后沉降要求。In order to study the wetting deformation properties of metamorphic soft rock embankment filler, Laboratory large-scale compression test was adopted, according to characteristic of strong weathered metamorphic soft rock embankment filler influenced greater by water at Shi-Tian highway, located in westem section of An-Kang in Qin-Ling mountains, had immersion saturated test under the same density and different test methods. Results show that: After using single-line method, double-line method and cyclic loading, under immersion saturated and load 400, 800 and 1 200 kPa combined action metamorphic soft rock embankment filler all had significant wetting deformation, and wetting deformation values showed an increasing trend; Under double-line method and cyclic loading wetting deformation values was bigger than that under single-line method, while total amount of compressive deformation was small. If converting load 400, 800 and 1 200 kPa into certain height fill-embankment, then had immersion, considering the most unfavorable factor of embankment filler under corresponding constant load, proposal the maximum fill-embankment height does not exceed 18 m, corresponding wetting deformation is less than 10 cm, meet post-construction settlement requirements from specifications for design of highway subgrades.
