摘 要:采用稀释法研究了竹叶黄酮提取物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),并采用滤纸片法对竹叶黄酮提取物及其水解产物的抑菌活性进行了对比研究。试验结果表明竹叶黄酮提取物对藤黄微球菌、沙门氏菌、马红球菌、痢疾志贺氏菌、柠檬酸杆菌的抑菌效果及杀菌效果较好,其中竹叶黄酮提取物水解产物对藤黄微球菌的抑菌杀菌效果尤为明显,最小抑菌浓度为1.953 mg/mL,提取物对大肠杆菌抑菌作用很弱。竹叶黄酮甙元的抑菌效果要优于黄酮苷,因此在抑菌方面应该注重竹叶黄酮水解产物的开发。The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) with the method of dilution was measured,and the bacteriostatic activity of Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids extraction and its hydrolysates using the filter paper was compared.The results showed that Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids extraction and its hydrolysates both had obvious bacteriostatic activity and sterilization activity on the bacteria of Micrococcus luteus,salmonella,Rhodococcus equi,Shigella dysenteriae and Citrobacter,but had faintly bacteriostatic activity on Bacterium coli.The minimal inhibitory concentration of Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids hydrolysates was 1.953 mg/mL on the Micrococcus luteus,had the primely effects than Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids extraction.Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids hydrolysates had a bight future than Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids extraction at the exploitation of bacteriostatic production.
