摘　　要：在实证调查的基础上,从把握最佳阶段、提高重视程度、协调主要因素、选准有效方式、增大教育成分、重视课程作用、发挥情感效能等七个方面分析了青少年的科学素质发展与企业家精神培养的基本策略.On the basis of the empirical survey,the paper,from seven perspectives of grasping the best phase,improving emphasis degree,coordinating the main factors,selecting the right and effective ways,increasing the educational component,emphasizing course functions,giving play to the emotional efficiency and etc,analyzes the basic strategies of youth and children＇s scientific quality development and entrepreneurship cultivation.
