摘 要:法律英语教学与通用英语教学有联系也有区别,因而两者的教学方法也不尽相同。法律英语的教学方法主要有:接受型教学方法,如示范、呈示、展示、口述等;共同解决问题型教学方法,如教学对话、课堂讨论和辩论、模拟法庭及实践教学法等;自主型教学方法,如英英及英汉翻译法、写作等。各种不同的教学方法在应用时须相互渗透、综合为用。Legal English teaching and general-purpose English teaching are interrelated but different; therefore their teaching methods are distinctive. Teaching methods of legal English mainly include: (i) passive receiving methods, in which the students learn through a series of demonstrations, visual aids, situational teaching and dictations, etc; (ii) collaborating teaching methods, which are implemented by using such techniques as dialogue, in-class discussion and debate, moot court, etc; and (iii) autonomous teaching methods, which involve such techniques as English-English interpretation, English-Chinese translation, writing, etc. In order to optimize the effects, however, different teaching methods should be applied inter-penetratively and synthetically.
