摘  要:在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法分析优化了微波提取灰树花菌丝体多糖的工艺条件,并与直接水提法进行了比较.结果表明,微波辅助提取灰树花菌丝体多糖的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率570.21 W、提取时间6.91 min、液料比(mL/g)40.29∶1,提取两次,预测最大提取率为11.33%,验证试验的实际提取率为11.30%,与理论预测值的相对误差仅为0.26%,和直接水提法相比,多糖提取率提高了4倍.On the basis of single factor experiments, we optimized the microwave-assisted extraction conditions of mycelium polysaccharides from Grifola frondosa by response surface methodology (RSM), and compared the results with that of the water extraction method. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of microwave-assisted extraction method were as follows: microwave power 570.21 W, extraction time 6.91 rain and liquid-to-material ratio 40.29:1 (V:M), extraction twice; the actual extraction rate was 11.30%, which has a small relative error in comparison to the predictive value (11.33%); and the polysaccharide extraction rate of the microwave-assisted extraction method was larger than that of the water extraction method by four times.
