摘　　要：独立学院成立时间不长,体制和教学改革还在摸索阶段。计算机和电子信息专业的基础课《通信原理》面临理论性强、硬件条件不足、学生生源一般等问题。针对独立学院现实情况,基于应用型人才培养目的,通过调整教学计划和探索教学方法,得到了适合独立学院教育特点并能充分调动学生兴趣和提高教学质量的思路。The system establishment and the teaching reform of the independent college is still in groping stage.The basic course ＂communication principle＂ in computer and electronic information disciplines trends to theoretical teaching,insufficient hardware conditions and and poor quality of entrance students.The teaching plan and methods are adjusted for training applied talents according to this course features in the independent college.The students＇ interests are mobilized and the quality of teaching methods is improved with exploring education characteristic in reality.
