摘　　要：如何培养产业需要的高素质生物工程技术人才是高校需要认真思考并予以回答的问题。从生物工程人才培养的现状出发,实践动手能力和创新精神培养的角度,探讨了本科人才培养的实验与实践教学体系的建设与改革,取得了明显成效,具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。How to cultivate the high-quality biological technicians needed in the industry has become a question that higher institutions need to consider and answer seriously.Starting from the current situation,the development of practical ability and innovative spirit,this paper explored the construction and reform of the experiment and practical teaching system for undergraduate education,which has produced significant effects and is of significance in guidance and value in reference.
