摘　　要：化学实验教学是培养学生实践能力和创新精神不可或缺的教学环节,针对目前化学实验教学环节中存在的问题,我们在实验室管理、实验教学组织和实验室人才培养三个方面实施了一系列改革措施,实践证明,这些措施取得了良好的效果。The chemical experimental teaching is the indispensable sector of cultivating students＇ practical ability and innovational spirits. Based on the problems in the chemical experiments, we take a series of measures in three aspects--the training of laboratory teachers, the organization of expefimantal teachings and the management of the laboratory, which has yielded desirable results.
