摘　　要：发展学生个性是促进学生全面发展的需要,是实施生本教育的需要,是培养创新型人才的需要。教学中发展学生个性的策略是:转变观念,树立健全的学生观;尊重学生,提供适合个性发展的良好环境和机制;追求卓越,做有个性的教师。The development of student＇s personality is the needs for promoting the overall development of students, implementing the education of students, and developing creative talents. The strategies of developing students＂ personality in teaching are changing concepts and establishing a healthy outlook on students; respecting for the students, providing a good environment and mechanism for personality development, pursuing excellence, doing the teachers with personality.
