摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,类胡萝卜素的活性功能已经被人们所认识。类胡萝卜素有着诸如抗氧化、防癌症、能预防夜盲症、着色力强等多种功能。β-隐黄质在人体内含量很低,但是作为类胡萝卜素的一种,β-隐黄质具有良好的抗氧化性,其研究也在不断深入。β-隐黄质是聚异戊二烯复合物,通过2个含有4个甲基20个碳的分子对尾连接而成,是氧化型的类胡萝卜素,含有羟基等氧代基团。它主要存在于高等植物、真菌、蓝藻等中,其活性功能主要表现在药用性能上。虽然β-隐黄质只有一个羟基,但其具有独特的生物特性。研究表明β-隐黄质在抗癌、抗氧化、减少心血管疾病发病率、增强免疫功能等方面具有独特的生理功能。所以,β-隐黄质在医药、保健领域的应用具有很大的发展前景。With the development of science technology,the active functions of carotenoids were gradually recognized.Carotenoids have multiple functions such as antioxidant,anti-cancer,prevention of night blindness,strong coloring and so on.The content of beta-cryptoxanthin is very low in the human body,but as a carotenoid,it has good oxidation resistance and is gained much attention recently.Βeta-cryptoxanthin is gather isoprene compound,connected by 2 contains which contain four methyl 20 carbon molecule.It is oxidation type carotenoids which has hydroxyl.It mainly exists in higher plants,fungi,algae,etc.The active function of beta-cryptoxanthin mainly is performance in medicinal properties.There is only a hydroxyl in beta-cryptoxanthin,but it has unique biological characteristics.Research shows that beta-cryptoxanthin has unique physiological function on anti-cancer,antioxidant,reducing cardiovascular morbidity,enhancing immune function and so on.So,beta-cryptoxanthin has great prospects for development in the pharmaceutical and health care fields of application.
