摘　　要：新时期中国高等航海教育在科学发展观指导下,积极贯彻通识教育理念,大力弘扬航海文化,形成有航海特色的大学文化精神和海洋文化竞争力。从航海文化建设、海洋文明传播、航海类学生人文素养培育、航海文化资源开发等方面探讨特色校园文化建设机制,全面推进学生的创新能力和人文素养提升。China＇s higher sailing education in the new era under the guidance of scientific concept of development,actively implement the concept of general education,vigorously promote the maritime culture,characteristics of the formation of marine and maritime cultural spirit of the university culture competitiveness.From marine culture,marine spread of civilization,humanities maritime students training,development and other aspects of maritime cultural resources of the campus culture characteristics,mechanisms,and comprehensively promote students＇ ability to innovate and improve cultural literacy.
