响应曲面法优化虎掌菌多糖提取工艺研究

摘　　要：采用单因素试验及响应曲面法试验设计,研究了水法提取云南野生虎掌菌多糖的工艺条件,建立了多糖提取的二次多项式模型,探讨了各因素的影响效应及其交互作用.结果表明,虎掌菌多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间3.25 h,提取温度94℃,水料比(mL∶g)为45.5∶1.在此工艺条件下,虎掌菌多糖的提取率为9.14%.经试验证明优化的虎掌菌多糖水法提取工艺简单且稳定,是可行的提取方案.The response surface method was used in a single-factor experiment to optimize the extraction technology for polysaccharide extraction from wild Pseudohydnum gelatinosum of Yunnan.A quadratic equation model for polysaccharide extraction was built and the effects of the main factors and their interactions were investigated.The result indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were： extraction time 3.25 h,extraction temperature 94oC and water-feed ratio（mL∶g） 45.5∶1.Under these conditions the yield of polysaccharides was 9.14%.The experiment showed that the optimized program for polysaccharide extraction from P.gelatinosum is simple,stable and feasible.
