越夏平菇栽培技术

摘　　要：反季节越夏栽培平菇售价高、效益好，但栽培技术难度大，成功率低。为促进这一产业健康快速发展，减少农民因技术问题造成较大损失，通过大量的试验示范，总结平菇越夏栽培的管理要点。Cultivating of Pleurotus ostreatus Quel. may gain high prices and efficiency in summer, but cultivation techniques is difficult, success rate is low. To promote the rapid development of industrial health and reduce the technical problems caused by a great loss, through a lot of the test demonstrated to sum up pleurotus powder cultivated management in summer.
