摘　　要：在组织学与胚胎学课程的教学中引入小班边讲课边实验的新教学模式,与传统的先大班理论讲授、后小班实验的教学模式相比,新教学模式在教学效果、基本理论和基本知识掌握,特别是基本技能的培养方面均优于传统的教学模式,总体评价也明显好于传统的教学模式。对新教学模式进行初步探索与实践,并就其目前存在的问题提出了尝试性的解决方法。Compared with the traditional teaching model of firstly theory instruction in larger classes and secondly experiment in small class,The new teaching model of teaching while experimenting in small class that introduced into college course is superior to the traditional in terms of teaching effect,the mastery of basic theory and knowledge,especially the skill training.The overall evaluation of the new model is obviously better than the traditional.This paper has conducted initial exploration and practice on new teaching model,and proposed tentative solutions based on the existing problems.
