摘 要:目的:探讨盐亭食管癌高发区饮食喂饲的大鼠血清叶酸水平及复合维生素对其影响。方法:将雄性Sprague-Daw-ley(SD)大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只。分别喂饲大鼠常规饲料、盐亭饮食、盐亭饮食添加维生素(维生素A、E、叶酸,设高、低两个剂量)。各组大鼠喂饲30天后经股动脉取血,用微生物法测定其血清叶酸水平。结果:盐亭饮食组大鼠血清叶酸水平低于常规饲料对照组(34.2μg/L±13.4μg/L,58.6μg/L±11.0μg/L,p<0.01);添加高剂量维生素提高喂饲盐亭饮食大鼠血清叶酸水平(34.2μg/L±13.4μg/L,47.5μg/L±11.0μg/L,p<0.05)。结论:喂饲盐亭饮食的大鼠可能出现叶酸缺乏,添加高剂量叶酸可提高其血清叶酸水平,能改善大鼠叶酸营养状况。Objective:Effect of addictive vitamins such as folate on high-incidence esophageal cancer in serum folate level of rats fed on diet of Yanting district was investigated.Methods:Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats,randomly divided into four groups with ten each,were fed on a conventional diet,Yanting diet,Yanting diet added with vitamin A,E and folic acid at two doses,respectively.Thirty days later,rat blood of each group was collected from femori.And the serum folate levels were determined by microbiological assay.Results:Serum folate levels of Yanting diet group were significantly lower than those of conventional diet group(34.2 ± 13.4 μg/L,58.6 ± 11.0 μg/L,p0.01).And added with high dose of vitamin A,E and serum folate levels of rats fed on Yanting diet were enhanced significantly(34.2 ± 13.4 μg/L,47.5 ± 11.0 μg/L,p0.05).Conclusion:Rats fed on Yanting diet may show folate deficiency,which serum folate level can be enhanced by adding with high dose of folate,and folate nutritional status will be improved.
