摘　　要：通过对重庆服务外包企业调研数据的总结和分析,找出了重庆服务外包产业人才面临的问题,提出了重庆服务外包人才的构建模式。Through the conclusion and analysis of Chongqing service outsourcing talents industry survey data, this article points out the problem of service outsourcing talents industry and puts forward the construction model of talent development strategy of Chongqing service outsourcing talents industry.
