摘　　要：利用眼科显微手术模拟器和动物实验,采用现场示教、专项训练等方式,对北京市不同医院48名住院医师进行为期3天的白内障手术培训显示：模拟手术训练是住院医师培训过程中的一个重要手段,能有效提高学生显微操作的能力。同时,对其应用的局限性也进行了分析。By using ophthalmological microsurgery simulator,animal experiment,teaching through on-the-spot demonstration and specialized training,we gave a 3-day cataract operation training to 48 residents from different hospitals in Beijing.The results show that simulation surgical training is an important means in resident training and can effectively enhance trainees＇ capacity of microsurgical operation.The paper also analyzes the limitations of medical simulation teaching.
