摘　　要：导游辞是导游人员在旅游过程中引导游客参观游览时的讲解词。导游员要在会背、会写导游辞的基础上即兴创作导游辞,即兴创作导游辞应做到因人而异、因地而异、因时而异和因景而异。Guide speech is the words a tour guide staff explains for visitors during the tour.Guides should make improvisation on the basis of remembering and writing guide speech,improvisation guide words should bedifferent according to people,places,time and scenery.
