跨国公司子公司角色及其演进驱动因素的研究

摘　　要：跨国公司子公司的演进和发展对于跨国公司具有重要的战略意义,也是国际企业管理和战略管理等领域的学者们研究的重点课题之一。在回顾、评析关于跨国公司子公司理论研究的基础上,对跨国公司子公司的角色进行了重点分析和总结,并对跨国公司子公司角色演进的驱动因素进行了研究,指出子公司角色的演进是母公司、子公司和东道国三方面因素共同作用的结果。The evolution and development of MNC subsidiaries have great strategic significance to the multinational corporations, which is also a hot research topic for the scholars in the field of international business and strategic management. Based on the review of the literature about MNC subsidiary roles, this paper emphasizes the study of MNC subsidiary roles and the factors to drive the evolution of MNC subsidiary roles. It＇ s argued that the evolution of the MNC subsidiary roles is affected by the parent corporation, subsidiaries and host country.
