职业教育培养目标之“技能”与“技术”辨析

摘　　要：职业教育培养的"技能"主要是指操作技能,这种技能是经过反复练习便可习得的,是在"做"中学并得以掌握的;而"技术"主要是指生产技术,是人类利用各种自然科学原理及生产经验创造出的各种方法、工艺及工具等的综合。结合中、高职教育的层次定位,中等职业教育应以培养技能型人才为主,高等职业教育应以培养技术型人才为主。Skill mainly refers to operating skills,and this kind of ability can be acquired by repeated practice or doing.Technology mainly refers to the production technology,which is the integration of methods,process,tools which human beings created use all sorts of principles developed in natural science and production experiences.Therefore,in line with the level localization of secondary and higher vocational education,the secondary vocational schools shall give priority to cultivate skilled professionals and the higher vocational schools shall cultivate technology talents.
