摘  要:随着高职教育园区的迅速发展以及对高职园区办学效益的日益重视,高职教育园区自身管理能力及资源共享、能力互补和产学研一体化方面产生的协同效应得到普遍关注。推进高职园区加快集约化发展,快速形成协同效应,关键在于充分发挥政府主导和财政导向作用,明确各利益方的责、权、利,促进和吸引园区各办学主体加快开放共享资源,实现优势互补。同时,各校也要注重特色建设,避免协同发展的负效应。With the rapid development of higher vocational education park and increasing attention on the school-running effects of higher vocational education park,the self-management abilities and its harmonious effects in the aspects of resources sharing,abilities complementation and integration of production,learning and research has gotten popular attentions.To accelerate the intensive development of higher vocational education park and foster the harmonious effects,the key is to fully take advantage of the dominant role of government and the guidance role of finance,clarify the responsibilities,rights and benefits of all stakeholders,foster and attract various school-running subjects to open and share resources and achieve mutual complementation of advantages.Meanwhile,every school should pay attention to characteristic construction and try to avoid the negative effects of harmonious management.
