摘　　要：随着临床医学留学生教育的开展,结合学校实际,在麻醉学教学过程中探索以教学为中心的管理体制。在师资培养、教学改革等教学各个环节,强化教学及留学生管理,达到预期的教学目标。并总结教学中出现的问题,提出可行的建议,以期进一步提高留学生教学的质量。To invest teaching-centred management system in the procedure of teaching on anesthesiology in combination with present condition of the university for international students.All the steps of teaching such as training of teachers,reform of teaching,as well as the management of international students were consolidated and getting to prospective aim of teaching,summing up problems during teaching and giving feasible advices in order to improve quality of teaching for international students.
