军队临床医学硕士质量评价体系构建

摘　　要：本文在文献回顾的基础上,分析国内外及我军研究生教育质量评价的特点与不足,根据我国当前较缺乏毕业生及用人单位对研究生培养质量评价的现状,从军医大学临床医学硕士毕业生和部队医院角度,提出构建军队临床医学硕士质量追踪评价指标体系的几点思考,探讨构建评价指标体系的依据与原则。This paper analyze the characteristics and shortage of graduate education quality evaluation system at home and abroad as well as our army based on literature review,according the present situation that the postgraduate education quality evaluation is lack from graduates and Employers in our country,In this paper,from the perspective of clinical medicine master graduate and military hospital,we investigate the criteria and principles of constructing evaluation index system and present several considerations about constructing quality tracing evaluation system of clinical medicine master of military hospital.
