摘  要:为了实现犬病的快速诊断,本研究利用高通量的基因芯片技术,建立了犬传染性肝炎、犬瘟热和犬细小病毒病基因芯片快速检测方法,同时提取DNA和RNA病毒核酸,再用多重不对称PCR扩增目的片段,与芯片上探针特异结合,实现了3种犬病同时检测,CDV、CAV的检测灵敏度达102copies,CPV的检测灵敏度达103copies。In order to achieve the rapid diagnosis of dog disease,gene chip rapid detection method for Infectious canine hepatitis,canine distemper and canine parvovirus was established using gene chip technology in this study.These DNA and RNA virus nucleic acid were extracted at the same time,then the fragments which amplified by multiplex asymmetric PCR were used to bind with specific probe on the gene chip.Simultaneous detection of three dog disease was achieved,the detection sensitivity of CDV,CAV was 10^2 copies,that of of CPV,10^3copies.
