摘  要:船舶基座的设计除了需要考虑自身强度和刚度外,还需要考虑基座与船体的刚度匹配性问题,而后者在基座设计中常被忽略。本文以某船液压缸基座为例,采用有限元方法,通过对基座初始设计方案和匹配性改进方案的对比计算,发现采取匹配性改进措施对基座变形及船体壳板应力控制具有积极作用。在对具有大刚度、高精度要求的基座的设计时,仅考虑自身的强度和刚度是不够的,本文的研究对基座与船体壳板的匹配性设计具有参考作用。As to the design of the basement of the ship,except considering the strength and stiffness,the matching between the basement and the stiffness of the ship is also important,nevertheless,the latter is often ignored.Having a basement as the example,adopting the method of FEA and through the calculation and contrastive analysis between the primary design project of the basement and improved matching one,this thesis finds out the improved matching schedule having positive effect on the control of the deformation of the basement and the stress of the shell.While designing the basement with large stiffness and high precision,only considering the strength and stiffness of itself is not enough.Then,this thesis has the engineering referenced value for the matching design between the basement and the ship shell.
