摘 要:国外发达国家职业标准建设呈现出"多方合作、组织保障"的职业标准制订流程",上下贯通、左右融通"的职业标准体系",能力本位、追求实用"的职业标准内容框架",功能多元、面向未来"的职业标准发展定位等特征。我国职业标准建设要采用职业功能分析法,动态构建职业标准;加强政府、行(企)业、教育部门的合作,建立职业标准框架体系。The construction of professional standards in the developed countries has shown such features as the professional standard-setting process with "the multi-party cooperation and organization safeguards", the professional standard system with "the run-through and accommodation", the professional standard content framework with "the competency-based and the pursuit of practicability" and the professional standard development orientation with "the diverse functions and future-oriented". The analysis method of professional function should be applied to the construction of professional standard which is built in a dynamic way; the cooperation of government, industry and education sector should be strengthened and the professional standard framework can be established.
