摘　　要：鲁迅在文学实践和文学作品中,对"国民性"进行了反省与批判。重读文学经典,可以发现:鲁迅的改造"国民性"思想中的"立人"、反"奴性"、批判"看客心理"等思想并没有过时,包含了丰富的人格教育内涵,对当下大学生人格教育有重要的启示:要尊重生命、要慎独、要有拼搏精神等。Lu Xun criticized and reflected on the ＂national character＂ through his literary practice and literary works.Lu Xun’s ideas of ＂personal development＂,＂anti-slavishness＂ and his criticism of ＂viewers’ psychology＂ embodied in his transformation of ＂national character＂ imply an abundant content of personality education,which will enlighten much on today＇s college students＇ personality education： to dignify life,to behave prudently and to be enterprising.
