摘 要:目的了解护士对情感管理的认可及其与职业满意度的相关性,为提高护理人员职业满意度提供依据。方法采用自设的情感管理问卷及护士职业满意度调查表对142名三级甲等医院的护士进行调查。结果护士的情感管理总分为61.88±10.64,其中认可度最高的是尊重理解,其次分别为信任支持、情感激励、关怀爱护、公平公正、淡化权威。护士职业满意度得分为211.73±47.60。情感管理总分及6个层面与护士职业满意度呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论护理管理者对护士的关怀爱护程度不够,在护理工作中不能真正淡化权威。护理管理者应转变或调整领导方式,采取以情感投入为主流的"柔性管理",充分调动护士工作积极性,有效提高护士的职业满意度。Objective To explore nurses′ recognition of emotion management and its relationship with job satisfaction degree,and to provide basis for improvement of nurses′ job satisfaction.Methods A self-designed emotion management questionnaire and a nursing job satisfaction scale were adopted to investigate 142 clinical nurses working in a first class hospital.Results The total score of emotion management was 61.88±10.64,among which respect and understanding scored highest,followed by trust and support,emotional motivation,concern and cherishment,fairness and impartiality,and weakening of authority image.The score of nurses′ job satisfaction was 211.73±47.60.All the six subscales of emotion management were positively correlated with nurses′ job satisfaction(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Nursing managers pay less satisfactory attention and concern to nurses.The managers also fail to weaken authority image in the daily nursing practice.Thus,it is advisable for them to switch or adjust leadership style,to adopt flexible management method involving emotion engagement,to mobilize the nurses′ occupational enthusiasm,and to improve nurses′ job satisfaction.
