论高校职务犯罪的预防重点及预防体系的构建

摘　　要：干部人事任免、招生考试、基本建设、物资设备采购、财务管理、学术科研等六大领域是当前高校职务犯罪易发多发领域,是高校预防职务犯罪的重点,应从完善法制、廉政教育、规范管理、制约权力、加强惩处等方面加强对高校职务犯罪预防体系的构建。Currently the following 6 sectors are the most affected areas of duty crimes in tertiary institutions：personnel appointment and removal,admissions tests,infrastructure construction,materials and equipment purchases,financial management and academic research-hence the key links of the prevention of duty crimes.The construction of a prevention system should be enhanced especially in such aspects as law-making and-tightening,and disciplinary inspection,clean administration education,management standardization,power check,balance and restriction,and severer punishment.
