江苏省旅游本科教育的发展现状与培养定位思考

摘　　要：江苏省旅游本科教育规模位居全国前列,为江苏经济发展作出了贡献,但大部分院校旅游专业办学历史不长,层次较低,学科不健全,缺乏独立的旅游院系,课程设置不够科学合理,师资紧缺等问题突出。文章提出江苏省旅游本科专业分成四层培养类型,并从基本特点、特色定位、就业方向、控制力度、代表性院校等五个方面进行了阐述。The college size of tourism is in the front rank of the nation,and greatly contributes to the economic development of Jiangsu Provice,however,most tourism undergraduate colleges have a short history,lower education level and insufficient discipline construction,and lacks an independent faculty of tourism.Training curriculum are not insufficient.Education teachers are short.This paper points out that tourism undergraduate education should be divided into four types in Jiangsu Province,and elabo rate this idea from five aspects： basic features,special location,employment,direction,control efforts,representative colleges.
