Total Water Intake of Healthy Young College Students in Beijing

摘  要:目的:评价温和气候下轻体力活动人群的水摄入情况。方法:2010年3-5月,共调查54名集体就餐的健康成年学生,29名男生、25名女生。用称重法结合记录法收集8d的膳食及饮水情况,计算水摄入量及分布状况。同时以日记法记录24h身体活动,测量身高、体重、晨尿比重,记录天气情况。结果:男生日均总水摄入量为2.40±0.58 L.d-1,日均饮水量为1.35±0.50 L.d-1。女生日均总摄水量为2.33±0.56 L.d-1,日均饮水量为1.30±0.56 L.d-1。男女生总摄水量中均有44%为白水、45%来自食物、11%来自饮料。调查日及次日晨尿比重分别为1.021、1.020,前后尿比重变化无统计学差异。结论:在温和气候下,日常饮食和基本正常水合状态下,日均摄水量2.36L,饮水量约1.32L。食物水是供水的重要因素,而白水是最主要的饮品。总水、白水摄入量均与尿比重成负相关。[Objective] To assess dietary water intake of sedentary individuals in moderate weather. [Method] During March to May in 2010, food and fluid intake during 8 days of 54 healthy adult students including 29 male and 25 female were recorded to analyze water content by weighed method (some were self-reported). Height and body weight were measured. Individuals kept a 24h physical activity diary and collected first morning urine before and after the investigated day to take the Urine Specific Gravity. [Result] Total water intake of 54 students was 2.36+0.58L. d-~, of which 44% was plain water, 11% from different drinks, and 45 % from food. Drinking volume (including plain water and water in drinks) was 1.32 ~ 0.52L - d '. The morning USG before and after the investigated day were of no significant difference (P〉0.05). [Conclusion] Food was an important source of total dietary water, and plain water was the main daily drink. Intake of total water and plain water had negative correlation with mornin~ USG.
