工学结合人才培养模式下高职院校思想政治教育刍议

摘　　要：工学结合人才培养模式是高等职业教育一种新型的人才培养模式,这种新型人才培养模式既给当前高职院校的思想政治教育工作带来了有利条件,同时也带来了不少挑战。如何转变观念、更新内容、采取适当方法做好这种新型人才培养模式下的思想政治教育工作,是一个亟需探讨的课题。The mode of Work-integrated learning,as a new Talents training mode,can bring about some advantages in the process of the Ideological and political education as well as some challenges.So it is a necessary problem to keep it working well through changing the ideas,updating the content and taking the proper teaching method and so on.
